Hi, I'm Lara. I’m a Bay Area native currently living in San Francisco.
My career has spanned a lot of technology shifts, so I've gotten really comfortable with ambiguity and change. I think that's made me better at helping teams navigate complexity and figure things out when there's no clear playbook.
Most of my work involves bringing people together—running workshops, teaching, creating spaces where teams can tackle messy problems. I'm drawn to the moments when things are uncertain and we have to figure it out collaboratively. That's where the interesting work happens.
In my personal life, yoga is a must to keep me grounded. I also enjoy walking my dogs, making things with my hands, and eating avocados (preferably inside a burrito).
